Don’t you love it when a new month starts on a Friday? A new month means plenty of new announcements, product drops, and of course— sales! We’re releasing all of our info bit by bit this month, so check back often and keep an eye on our social profiles for the latest updates.
The Hemptender’s Annual 420 Celebration
Save the date! On Saturday, April 23rd we’ll be throwing our annual 420 Celebration at both our Durham and Cary locations. In collaboration with Gold House CBD, we’ll be running the event will run from 12-4 PM at both locations. During the event, we’ll be giving away two Gravity Hookahs (one at each location) and many other prizes as well as running some stellar sales that you won’t want to miss.
While you visit, you’ll get to enjoy infused food and desserts from More Than The Brownies and Cravin Sumthn’, and partake in beer and wine from Oak City Bubbly. There will also be music and games to play, like corn hole, giant connect four, and giant Jenga. So come on down! We’ll see you Saturday, April 23rd for the festivities, sales, games, and giveaways.
We’re really excited to partner with local businesses like More Than The Brownies and Cravin Sumthn’ for this event. More Than the Brownies is a specialized pop-up dinner club that caters to the never-ending discovery of cannabis-infused dishes. Their infused dinners offer subtle dosages that allow diners to enjoy cannabis-infused hors d’oeuvres and slowly accumulate a high in the process.
Cravin Sumthn’ makes beautifully-designed gourmet cupcakes that are the perfect sweet treat to cure that cottonmouth post hors d’oeuvres, though they will also be offering infused cupcakes at our event. It’s a woman-owned business that offers your classic favorites as well as alcohol-infused and gluten-free cupcake options. Give them a follow on social media and show them some love.
We’re also excited to have Oak City Bubbly on the roster for the event as well. They’re such a unique business in the area, as they bring the libations to your location— whether it’s your wedding reception, a party, or a girl’s night. We’ll be seeing them at the event on April 23rd, where they’ll be providing cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine to anyone interested in partaking during the festivities. You’ll also get the chance to rub elbows with the wonderful people at Gold House CBD, who make CBD creams, oils, plants, edibles & many more products with a focus on health and public education.

It’s 4/20 eve and we’re excited to announce our specials for tomorrow’s in-store festivities. From tomorrow, Wednesday, April 20th through Saturday, April 23rd, we’re offering 20% off everything in-store and buy one get one FREE deals on all of our in-house Hemptender products. 420 Giveaway
Two lucky winners will take home a Gravity Hookah!
With 4/20 on the line this month, we’re throwing something really exciting out there for TWO of our customers. We’ll be collecting entries for two lucky winners to take home one of our Gravity Hookahs. Built in the same style as the Stundenglass Hookahs, these little beauties look incredible on any tabletop setup and rip like you wouldn’t believe. Gone are the days of building a gravity bong out of plastic bottles— Welcome to the 21st century, ladies and gentlemen.
They are valued at $250 and come with the hose attachment, the bowl head, and the gravity bong itself. To use them, you’ll fill one of the chambers with water and pack a bowl. As you light the bowl, you’ll flip the 360-degree chamber. It’ll pull smoke into the chamber as water trickles into the empty chamber, replacing it with smoke. From there, you just hit the mouthpiece and pass it around. It’s a fantastic party favor, but it’s also incredible to use at home on your next night in. We’re insanely excited about this giveaway, and we’re sure you are too.
